We were approached by a UK Drainage business with a European Parent to fund a bespoke modular office facility as part of a relocation. The challenge for Advance was to source a facility for a non-standard asset and work with the European Parent to provide their chosen specific financial product. This was achieved in a very good working time format. We ensured the funding was managed in accordance with the time-frame of the move.
