Recently we have concluded a vital exercise for one of our clients who is a Multi-National Environmental firm. We were approached by them to assist with a complex title transfer exercise as they had recently bought a fleet of vehicles from a competitor. The original nature of their purchase was to acquire title to the assets once the leasing agreements had expired. However the original seller in this transaction was bought-out by another company. This meant there were many vehicles still caught on original lease agreements where the title chain had not actually been completed. Advance stepped-in and identified these assets and ensured good and clear title was passed to our client.
